A source-available licence, not an open-source one. It grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, copy, distribute, modify and create derivative works, and then limits three things: you may not provide the software to third parties as a hosted or managed service that gives users access to a substantial set of its features, you may not move, change, disable or circumvent the licence-key functionality, and you may not alter or obscure the licensor's licensing, copyright or other notices.

The summary above restates the licence's own text at the source below. We have not turned it into a list of permissions: no machine-readable sheet exists for this licence, and a list we wrote ourselves would be our reading rather than the licence's words.
