Vendor licenceThe code is readable. The licence is the vendor's.

Metabase publishes the enterprise source, and running the self-hosted Pro or Enterprise edition means running the enterprise image with a licence token. The grant is a commercial licence tied to that token, not an open-source licence: what the paid plans buy is a licence to run the enterprise build.

This is a vendor's own instrument, not an SPDX licence. The terms are whatever the vendor's page says, and that page is the source below — we have not rewritten them.
